Ingredients

  • 16 strips bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat Griddle: Replace your grill grates with a griddle plate. If using a Ninja FlexFlame, set the function to roast/bake and the temperature to 425F. If using the Woodfire, set the function to grill and the temperature to high. If using the Ninja Sizzle, set the temperature to 400F.
  • Cook Bacon: Place the bacon on the preheated griddle in a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Once it starts to brown, give it a flip. Cook 1-2 more minutes to your desired crispiness.
  • Drain: Line a plate or pan with paper towels. Transfer the cooked bacon to the paper towels to drain off excess grease.
  • Fry Eggs: Crack the eggs onto the griddle on the bacon grease. Season with salt and pepper.

Egg Cooking Preferences

  • Sunny Side Up: Cook for 3-4 minutes. Close the grill lid.
  • Over Easy: Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Over Medium: Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Over Hard: Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Scrambled: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season and whisk vigorously. Pour onto the bacon grease. Cook 3-4 minutes, flipping periodically with a spatula.
