Grilled pork tenderloin cooks quickly and delivers big on taste. Since tenderloins are sold two to a pack, this recipe makes it easy to grill one for dinner and one for leftovers or weekly meal prep.

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Girls Can Grill Pork Rub
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat Grill: Plug in your Ninja FlexFlame. Turn the propane tank on. Turn the dial to the left to ignite. Turn the dial to the Grill/Pizza setting. Adjust the temperature to 500F degrees. Preheat for 10 minutes.
- Trim: Using a sharp knife, remove any noticeable silver skin from the tenderloins.
- Season: Place the tenderloins on a sheet pan. In a small bowl, combine the oil, pork rub and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on all sides of the tenderloins.
- Grill: Place the seasoned tenderloins on the grill. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping every 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140F degrees.
- Rest: Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes. The internal temperature will continue to rise. The USDA recommended temperature for pork is 145F degrees. Slice into medallions.

When grilling pork tenderloin, I use the Thermoworks RFX wireless meat thermometer to measure the internal temperature. This way, you’ll never overcook it and dry it out.

With the Ninja FlexFlame, you have the ability to add great smoky flavor to your food. To do this, fill the side hopper with wood pellets and press the Woodfire Flavor button. Once the ignition cycle is complete and the pellets are smoking, you can add your food.
