Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef 80/20
- 1 tbsp Girls Can Grill Brisket Rub
- 6 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 18 dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Heat Grill: Plug in your Ninja FlexFlame. Turn the propane tank on. Turn the dial to the left to ignite. Turn the dial to the Grill/Pizza setting. Adjust the temperature to 500F degrees. Preheat for 10 minutes.
- Shape: Divide the ground beef into six portions. Flatten into six patties that are slightly larger than the buns
- Season: Sprinkle brisket rub liberally on both sides of each patty. Press a small indention into the center of the patties.
- Grill: Place the seasoned patties on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes. Keep the lid closed to reduce flareups. Flip the patties. Cook for 4 more minutes. Remove from the grill.
- Heat Buns: Place the buns on the top rack cut side down and warm for 30 seconds.
- Assemble: Squeeze mustard onto the top and bottom buns. Add a grilled patty. Top with pickles and the top bun.

If you like other toppings on your burgers, feel free to mix things up. To make cheeseburgers, simply add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last 30-60 seconds of the cook.
