Crispy Chicken Wings on the Ninja Grill

The perfect temperature and time settings to create crispy chicken wings in a Ninja Grill. The recipe only needs 3 ingredients.

There’s nothing worse than a soggy chicken wing. That usually happens because people don’t set their grill temperature hot enough.

This recipe keeps things simple on purpose: just chicken wings, a little olive oil, and a good chicken rub. No breading, no wet batter, nothing to fuss over. The technique, not a long ingredient list, is what gets you that crackly, golden skin every time.

Right now this recipe covers the Ninja Woodfire and Ninja FlexFlame. Whichever model is sitting on your patio, scroll down to the Grill Settings section and find your card. I’ve broken out the exact temps and times for each one so you’re not guessing.

PRO TIP: Pat the wings dry before you oil and season them. Any leftover moisture on the skin is the #1 enemy of crispy wings, no matter which grill you're using.

Serve these straight off the grill with ranch, blue cheese, or your favorite dipping sauces. Perfect for game day, a backyard cookout, or just a Tuesday when you want something better than delivery.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover wings keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To bring back that crispy skin, skip the microwave. Toss them back in the Ninja Grill at 375F/190F for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
