Instead of serving a skillet of crab dip, try making these crab balls. They’re like mini crab cakes that go great on crackers.

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb lump crab meat
Topping
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Finishing Touches
- 16 sm slices cheddar cheese
- 16 crackers Saltines or Ritz
Instructions
- Heat Grill: Set the Ninja Grill to the bake function and the temperature to 350F/175C. Set the time to 30 minutes.
- Mix: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, green onions, Old Bay and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add Crab: Pick through the crab pieces to make sure there are no shells. Fold the crab into the wet mixture. Ensure that it’s mixed thoroughly, but that the crab still has large pieces.
- Roll: Use your hands to shape the crab mixture into one inch balls. You should get around 16. Arrange the balls in a single layer in a 8-inch pan.
- Top: Drizzle melted butter on top of the crab balls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a little more Old Bay seasoning.
- Bake: Place the pan on the Ninja Grill and close the lid. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the pan from the grill. Place a cheese slice on top of a cracker and top with a crab ball.

When you’re ready to bake them, make sure they’re thawed, then top and bake.

If you want to turn these into smoked crab balls. Fill your pellet box with pellets and cook these on the smoker setting following the same temperature and time.
